Highway - Fine Silver and 22kt Gold Banded Earrings
These earrings, named "Highway" sport a geometrical design and are crafted from precious metal clay. Precious metal clay, once worked, shaped, and fired, turns to solid fine silver which is 99.9% pure silver (as opposed to sterling silver which is 92.5% silver). The raised portion of the earrings have been coated in 22kt gold which is fired onto the silver so that the two become bonded. Finishing the earrings are 14kt gold beads affixed to sterling silver leverback ear wires. They measure almost 1" at the widest portion and dangle approximately 1 1/4" from the ear wire. |
