When it comes to jewelry, I think bigger is better! These earrings are 1 1/2" long by 1 1/4" at the widest point and are made using copper clay which when fired turns to solid copper. Each earring is formed by pressing an ivy leaf into the wet clay, cutting it out, going over all the little veins to emphasize their beautiful design and then popping them into the kiln. The finished earrings have a marble bead and a little copper swirley. The ear wire is niobium which is well tolerated by many with metal allergies.
